Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and sriracha.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp, stir well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
