Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the beef.
  4. Cook the beef until browned, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add bell peppers and broccoli; cook until tender.
  7. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables; stir to combine.
  8. Add cooked noodles and toss to coat.
  9. Garnish with green onions before serving.
