Spicy Korean ramen topped with grilled beef and a creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 packs of Korean ramen noodles
- 200g beef, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Grill the beef until cooked through and set aside.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil and add gochujang, stirring well.
- Add heavy cream to the pan and mix until smooth.
- Add the cooked ramen to the creamy sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve the ramen topped with grilled beef and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bok choy or mushrooms.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute beef with tofu.
