Spicy Korean ramen topped with grilled beef and a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs of Korean ramen noodles
  • 200g beef, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the beef until cooked through and set aside.
  3. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.
  4. In a pan, heat sesame oil and add gochujang, stirring well.
  5. Add heavy cream to the pan and mix until smooth.
  6. Add the cooked ramen to the creamy sauce and toss to coat.
  7. Serve the ramen topped with grilled beef and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like bok choy or mushrooms.
  • For a vegetarian option, substitute beef with tofu.
