Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until soft.
- Stir in garlic, chili powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked noodles and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve hot.
