A delicious chicken dish topped with spinach and mushrooms.

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add garlic, spinach, and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until wilted.
- Stir in cream and half of the cheese, mixing well.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the spinach mixture over it.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
