Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  6. Add garlic, spinach, and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until wilted.
  7. Stir in cream and half of the cheese, mixing well.
  8. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the spinach mixture over it.
  9. Top with remaining cheese.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
