- 1 cup ricotta cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
