Ingredients
- Flatbread – 1 large
- Fresh spinach – 2 cups
- Feta cheese – 1 cup, crumbled
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Cherry tomatoes – 1 cup, halved
- Black pepper – to taste
- Red pepper flakes – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Spread the sautéed spinach over the flatbread.
- Top with crumbled feta and cherry tomatoes.
- Sprinkle black pepper and red pepper flakes on top.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until the flatbread is crispy.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.

- Feel free to add other toppings like olives or bell peppers.
- Use whole wheat flatbread for a healthier option.
