Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 package phyllo pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion until soft.
  3. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Mix in feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Lay out phyllo pastry and cut into strips.
  6. Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture on each strip.
  7. Fold the pastry over the filling to form triangles.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
