Description
A delightful appetizer made with spinach and feta cheese wrapped in crispy phyllo pastry.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 package phyllo pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion until soft.
- Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- Mix in feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out phyllo pastry and cut into strips.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture on each strip.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to form triangles.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
