Ingredients

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, spinach, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill the cannelloni tubes with the ricotta mixture.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place the filled cannelloni in the dish.
  6. Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
