Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, spinach, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  6. Arrange stuffed shells in the dish and pour remaining sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
