Spinach Ricotta Stuffed Shells is a delicious pasta dish filled with creamy ricotta and spinach, baked in marinara sauce.

- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, spinach, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Arrange stuffed shells in the dish and pour remaining sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Use fresh spinach for better flavor.
- You can substitute cottage cheese for ricotta.
- Top with fresh basil for added taste.
