Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup Lucky Charms cereal
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Gently fold in Lucky Charms cereal.
- Heat a griddle over medium heat and grease it lightly.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with syrup and extra Lucky Charms on top.

- Use a non-stick griddle for best results.
- Adjust the milk for desired batter thickness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
