A refreshing St. Patrick’s Day mojito sherbet punch with a minty twist.
Ingredients

- 2 cups lime sherbet
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups club soda
- 1 cup white rum
- 1 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine lime juice and sugar.
- Add fresh mint leaves and muddle gently.
- Stir in white rum.
- Slowly add club soda and mix well.
- In a serving bowl, add ice cubes and scoop lime sherbet on top.
- Pour the mojito mixture over the sherbet.
- Garnish with additional mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit rum.
- Serve immediately for best flavor.
