Description
A quick and tasty steak and shrimp stir fry with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, sliced
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add steak slices and cook until browned.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
- Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Serve hot.
