Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet.
- Add the steak cubes and sear until browned on all sides.
- Add the minced garlic and remaining butter to the skillet.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
