- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 1 lb steak, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds.
- Drizzle olive oil on the squash and season with salt and pepper.
- Place squash cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the steak slices until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Gorgonzola cheese until melted and smooth.
- Once the squash is done, scrape the flesh with a fork to create strands.
- Serve the steak and sauce over the spaghetti squash.

- Adjust the amount of Gorgonzola to your taste.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
