Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Drizzle olive oil on the squash and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place squash cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes.
  5. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the steak slices until browned.

  8. Once the squash is done, scrape the flesh with a fork to create strands.
