- 1 lb steak, cut into strips
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup queso cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak strips and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook steak until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Pour queso cheese over the mixture and stir until cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro.

- Use leftover steak if available.
