Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak strips and cook until browned.
- Remove steak and set aside.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet.
- Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Add zucchini and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Return steak to skillet and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
