A creamy and flavorful potato salad inspired by steakhouse flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard.
- Add cooled potatoes, green onions, celery, and pickles to the bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
