Ingredients

- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, sugar, and salt.
- In a small saucepan, warm the almond milk and stir in the yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the yeast mixture and vegetable oil to the flour mixture.
- Knead the dough until smooth, about 5 minutes.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Steam the dumplings in a steamer for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
