Description
Delicious sticky buns topped with caramel and nuts.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add melted butter and egg to the flour mixture.
- Pour in the yeast mixture and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Spread softened butter on the rolled dough.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the butter.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into pieces.
- Place the sliced pieces in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the microwave for a few seconds.
