Delicious strawberry cheesecake eggroll bites for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 eggroll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Add chopped strawberries and stir to combine.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each eggroll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the eggrolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with additional strawberries, if desired.

- Ensure oil is hot before frying for crispiness.
- You can use frozen strawberries if fresh ones are unavailable.
