- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until set.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Top with sliced strawberries and strawberry jam.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth texture.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
