  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool.
  9. Top with sliced strawberries and strawberry jam.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
