- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries, shredded coconut, almond flour, honey, and vanilla.
- Stir until well combined.
- Form mixture into small balls.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

- Use unsweetened coconut for less sugar.
