Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stir until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour batter to form pancakes, cook until bubbles form, then flip.
- Spread whipped cream and strawberries on each pancake.
- Roll up each pancake and serve immediately.
