Description
A refreshing strawberry dream icebox cake perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 1 box of graham crackers
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese.
- Layer graham crackers on the bottom of a dish.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat layers ending with cream on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Allow plenty of time for chilling.
- Can be made a day ahead.
