  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Pour half of the cake batter into a greased baking pan.
  5. Sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture over the batter.
  6. Add chopped strawberries on top.
  7. Pour the remaining batter over the strawberries.
  8. Top with the remaining brown sugar mixture.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before mixing powdered sugar and milk for glaze.
  11. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
