Delicious strawberry lemon blondies that are sweet and tangy.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in strawberries, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Try using frozen strawberries if fresh ones are not available.
- Can be served with whipped cream on top.
