A delicious dessert combining strawberries and Oreos in a creamy cheesecake cup.

- 1 cup crushed Oreos
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and mix well.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust.
- Top with sliced strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
