A delicious strawberry sheet cake pudding that is easy to make and perfect for gatherings.

- 1 box of strawberry cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 box of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 cups of sliced strawberries
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the cake cools, prepare the pudding. In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Once the cake has cooled, poke holes in the top with a fork.
- Spread the pudding evenly over the cake.
- Top with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before adding pudding.
- This cake can be made a day in advance.
