- 4 celery stalks
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Wash and cut celery stalks into 3-inch pieces.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until smooth.
- Stuff each celery piece with the cheese mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
