Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup filling of your choice (e.g. cheese, vegetables, or meat)
Instructions
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil, knead until smooth.
- Cover dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide dough into balls and roll out each ball into a flat circle.
- Place filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal edges.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each flatbread for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Notes

- Serve with yogurt or salsa.
