Ingredients
- Ground beef – 1 pound
- Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup
- Egg – 1 large
- Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Bell pepper – 1/2 cup, chopped
- Cheese – 1 cup, shredded
- Parsley – 1/4 cup, chopped
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
- Ketchup – 1/4 cup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until combined.
- Spread the meat mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper.
- Evenly layer cheese, bell pepper, and parsley on top.
- Roll the meatloaf tightly using the parchment paper.
- Transfer to a baking dish and brush with ketchup.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
