- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cooked mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cooked mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
