Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup cooked spinach
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, gluten-free flour, nutritional yeast, onions, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry each patty until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Remove and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  6. Serve warm.
