- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup berry gelatin
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup fresh whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes in the cake using the handle of a wooden spoon.
- Prepare the berry gelatin according to package instructions and pour it over the cake.
- Let the cake cool completely in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Top the cake with whipped topping and fresh berries before serving.
