Delicious surf and turf kebabs with vibrant chimichurri sauce.
Ingredients

			- 1 pound beef sirloin, cubed
 - 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 1 bell pepper, cubed
 - 1 onion, cubed
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - For chimichurri sauce: 1 cup parsley, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/2 cup olive oil
 - 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
 - Salt to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
 - In a bowl, combine beef, shrimp, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
 - Thread beef, shrimp, and vegetables onto skewers.
 - Grill kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
 - Meanwhile, prepare chimichurri sauce by mixing parsley, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes, and salt.
 - Remove kebabs from the grill and serve with chimichurri sauce.

- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
 - Adjust cooking time based on your grill’s heat.
