  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine beef, shrimp, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread beef, shrimp, and vegetables onto skewers.
  4. Grill kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare chimichurri sauce by mixing parsley, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes, and salt.
  6. Remove kebabs from the grill and serve with chimichurri sauce.
