Description
A delicious sweet bread featuring pecans.
Ingredients

			- 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 1 cup chopped pecans
 - 1/2 cup butter, softened
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 cup buttermilk
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
 - Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
 - Stir in vanilla extract.
 - In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and buttermilk.
 - Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
 - Fold in chopped pecans.
 - Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
 - Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
 - Let it cool before slicing.

- Store bread in an airtight container.
 - Can be served warm or at room temperature.
