A delicious sweet and sour dish made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of chicken breast
- 1 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1 cup of bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup of onion, sliced
- 1 cup of sweet and sour sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add pineapple, bell peppers, and onion on top of the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve over rice or noodles.

- Adjust the sauce level to taste.
- Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
