Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
