Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add pineapple chunks, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Add sliced bell pepper and onion on top.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred chicken before serving.
  7. Serve over rice or with vegetables.
