A delicious sweet Hawaiian chicken dish made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add pineapple chunks, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Add sliced bell pepper and onion on top.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
- Serve over rice or with vegetables.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- Use fresh pineapple for better flavor.
