A delicious sweet potato casserole topped with marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Spread the sweet potato mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Can use canned sweet potatoes for convenience.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
