A gluten-free pizza crust made from sweet potatoes.
Ingredients

- 2 cups sweet potato, cooked and mashed
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, combine sweet potato, almond flour, coconut flour, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Add eggs and mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Add your favorite toppings and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Notes
- Make sure sweet potatoes are fully cooked before mashing.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
