Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the sweet potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
