Description
Taco ranch bites are a quick and easy appetizer that combines the flavors of tacos and ranch dressing.

			- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 packet taco seasoning
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 cup ranch dressing
 - 1 package mini phyllo pastry cups
 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
 - Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
 - Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
 - Place phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
 - Fill each cup with the beef mixture.
 - Top with ranch dressing, tomatoes, green onions, and olives.
 - Bake for 10-12 minutes until cups are golden.
 - Serve warm.
