Description
A simple and tasty Japanese egg sandwich made with fluffy eggs.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 slices of soft bread
- Butter for spreading
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Cool and peel them.
- Chop the eggs and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place egg mixture on the unbuttered side of two slices.
- Top with remaining slices, butter side up.
- Grill the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.
- Cut and serve warm.

- Use fresh eggs for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Try adding chopped green onions for extra flavor.
