			- 12 Hawaiian rolls
 - 6 large eggs
 - 1 cup shredded cheese
 - 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
 - In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
 - Pour the egg mixture over the roll bottoms.
 - Sprinkle the diced ham, cheese, and green onions over the eggs.
 - Place the tops of the rolls on the assembled mixture.
 - Bake for 20 minutes or until the eggs are set and the tops are golden.
 - Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
