  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, green onions, and garlic.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and ginger.
  4. Add the sauce mixture to the chicken mixture and combine well.
  5. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  6. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch and water over medium heat until thickened.
  8. Serve meatballs with the sauce drizzled on top.
