- 2 chicken fillets, diced
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup rice
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour in teriyaki sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook rice according to package instructions.
- Add sliced peppers to the pan and cook until tender.
- Serve chicken and peppers over rice.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

- Adjust the amount of teriyaki sauce to taste.
- You can use any type of rice.
