A flavorful dish featuring salmon glazed with a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Place salmon in a dish and pour marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Remove salmon from marinade, reserving the marinade.
- Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat reserved marinade over medium heat.
- Dissolve cornstarch in water, then add to the saucepan. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Serve salmon with teriyaki sauce drizzled on top.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the marinade.
