- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili powder.
- For a different flavor, add cooked sausage or bacon.
